  • NeuroKinetic Therapy

This is an assessment for muscle testing, used to find a source of low back pain, neck pain, carpal tunnel, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, sciatica, and many other conditions. It is based on motor control center theory, neuroplasticity, and functional movement and was developed by David Weinstock.

  • Active Stretching

Having assistance in stretching can improve your performance in physical activities, Help your joints move through their full range of motion, And enable your muscles to move more effectively.

  • Deep Tissue

Sometimes you have to go through pain to get rid of pain. Trigger point therapy is used to release areas of tight, knotted muscles in your body, relieving pain, stiffness and discomfort in the process esp for Sports Injuries, Lower back pain, Sciatica, TMJ and Plantar Fasciitis.

  • Corrective Exercise

Used to help assess improper mechanics when working out, especially for athletes and returning after a sports injury. Can determine the root cause of imbalances and faulty movement patterns that lead to issues with posture, balance, performance and total body coordination.

  • Advanced Technology

This can include but not limited to, Massage Gun, Cupping, and TENS unit. Each one of these can aid in Improved Muscular Recovery, Improved Sports Performance, Rehabilitation- post injury care, Pain Relief, Nervous System Stimulation and Functional Movement.

  • Kinesiology Tape

This special tape helps to improve circulation, support muscles, allow the internal injury to heal, and help prevent further muscle injury while allowing motion.

  • Myofascial Decompression

This is not your average cupping technique. It's cupping with MOVEMENT. When a muscle is held in a chronically shortened position, the fascia surrounding it can become thicker and denser as it adapts to the increased tension. This is very commone with scars and after surgery. By applying cups to these areas and moving, we create a shearing effect that stimulates fibroblast cells to produce new collagen fibers and repair damaged ones, restoring elasticity and recoil and creating more "glide and slide". The RESULT-improved movement, increased range of motion and faster progress in rehabilitation.
